Lot 472 High Standard Supermatic Trophy .22 LR #SH25504
Semiautomatic rimfire pistol chambered in .22 Long Rifle manufactured circa 1982 in East Hartford, CT. This is an SH series pistol, the final series that High standard produced. It differs from the 107 series with a new screw barrel release rather than using a push button. Featuring a blued finish, stippled grip straps, checkered wood grips with right hand thumb rest, 7.25" fluted barrel with recessed crown, serrated curved trigger with adjustable stop, partridge front sight, frame mounted adjustable rear sight, toe magazine release, and manual safety. Trigger, magazine release, and safety are finished with a gold tone. Bore is bright with strong rifling. The pistol retains approximately 90% of its blued finish with edge wear, fading, and minor scratches. The front of the barrel looks like it was painted. The front sight is not fully seated into its dovetail. Grips are very good to excellent condition. The slide is numbered to frame, and includes one magazine.
